The role of forensic collision investigators in insurance investigations

First of all, what is a forensic collision investigator? A forensic collision investigator is someone who has the skills, experience and qualifications, who uses their skills to determine how a collision occurred.

Insurance companies across the globe receive thousands of claims where there are concerns around the validity of the claim, where in some cases, fraud is suspected.

For those working in the insurance industry, when you suspect you have either an exaggerated claim or worse, a fraudulent claim, what do you do? More often than not, initial enquiries are made which prove inconclusive and so the claim is paid.

But what if you could check your claim with someone who understands how collisions occur, and more importantly, how collision do not occur?

Driven Forensics can provide you with a second opinion, through our free initial consultation service. All you need to do is send us the information you have and let us know what your initial concerns are and we will have a look and let you know whether share your concerns or not.

Whether evidence is accepted as correct or not is ultimately the job of the Court, but as forensic collision investigators we can do what you can’t, which is provide an opinion to help the Court in reaching its decision.

When required, we can also produce single question reports, full collision reconstruction reports as well as undertaking forensic vehicle examinations. All our services are Court compliant, meaning that the evidence we produce can be used in Court, whether it is a criminal or civil matter.

To find out how we might be able to help you, contact us today at enquiry@drivenforeniscs.co.uk with the information you and what concerns you have.
