Digital data analysis
Vehicles increasingly contain a whole suite of sophisticated electronics. Digital data can reveal the answers to questions you may not have even considered yet.
Bosch CDR (Collision Data Retrieval)
Bosch CDR is one of the main tools utilised in the vehicle inspection industry to download collision data from crashed vehicles. But the tool is not universal and is not capable of downloading data from every vehicle.
Tesla, Hyundai, Jaguar and Land Rover are all examples where data cannot ordinarily be downloaded using the Bosch CDR.
Driven Forensics Ltd have additional methods for obtaining and extracting crash data from such vehicles.
Black box telematics data
Telematics devices (more commonly known as black boxes) are increasingly being used, particularly across the insurance sector. The data the devices present may well seem simple, but there are various factors at play which means the data you see, may not always be a true representation of a vehicles movements. We can use our experience to interpret what really happened.
Infotainment analysis
It is becoming increasingly common that our vehicles are capturing more and more data about us, our lives and those around us.
Driven Forensics Ltd are always trying to advance the ways in which that data can be used to assist investigations for both criminal and civil purposes.
